Unfortunately an account can't get deleted unless you have the password. If your account has been hacked then you will need to contact Yahoo! Security and fill out a form. If they can retrieve your account then if you would like it can get deleted. Here is a link to Yahoo! Security and the form.

How can you log in to your paypal account when you have forgotten your email & password?
I am not sure how to do this. no one has hacked into the account, I just can't seem to remember the email I used or the password.

In Eddie's defense, I encounter people 3 or 4 times saying they forgot the email addy in their PP account when i worked for PP. Those accounts were all dormant though and had money in it or active financial info where callers tried putting the info again on a newly created account but found that they can't because the first account was still active. The best way is to have a rep on the phone so password recovery would be easy. Also just verify your personal info so the rep can tell you what the email on the account is. Most people use 2 or 3 passwords only in the accounts they set up so Eddie might be able to log in.

Search your email account for any emails sent from, or containing "PayPal" - then at least you can establish the address you used (e.g. if you have multiple aliases coming to one inbox). Then you should be able to use the "Forgotten my password" type functionality at the site.

On yahoo you just create an account the same way you did your own. When it gets to the birth date you will be prompted to enter in your credit card number so that yahoo can verify that you as a parent are of age. It's called a family account. We use AOL as our primary email and ISP. It offers GREAT parental controls which you control yourself.
